Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & On-boarding

Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions, ensuring timely and quality hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate talent needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Oversee seamless on-boarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring resolution in line with company policies and labor laws.
Implement and support engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Facilitate employee feedback mechanisms to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.

3. Performance Management

Drive the performance review process, including goal-setting, appraisals, and individual development plans.
Coach managers and employees on effective performance management practices to improve productivity and growth.

4. Policy Implementation & Compliance

Ensure all HR policies are current, clearly communicated, and consistently applied.
Maintain compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Support audits and participate in internal policy reviews for continuous improvement.

5. HR Data & Analytics

Maintain accurate HR reports and dashboards on headcount, attrition, recruitment, and other key metrics.
Utilize data insights to support strategic decision-making and process improvements.
