Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives to attract talent.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Manage exit formalities including resignation processing, clearance, and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, training, and development.
