Assistant HR Manager

As an experienced HR Manager at Melker Finance and Leasing Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Your role will be crucial in talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations to ensure smooth workforce management in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements. To qualify for this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or an MBA in Human Resources Management, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Manager in an NBFC. Proficiency in handling HR software, a strong knowledge of labor laws, and excellent Excel skills are also essential. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, and managing the hiring process. You will also oversee onboarding and training programs for new employees, foster a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns and grievances effectively, manage employee benefits, bonuses, and incentives, and ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling statutory compliance including ESI, PF, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and Kshemanidhi, maintaining employee records and HR documentation, and developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives.
