Job Description

As an HR Executive at I-Pro Visuals, your role involves managing all aspects of Human Resources needs, from recruitment to employee engagement. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, policy creation, and HR operations. Your passion for building a positive company culture and implementing strong HR practices will contribute to the organization's growth. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Staffing: - Identify staffing needs, prepare job descriptions, and manage end-to-end recruitment. - Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and onboard new hires. - Attendance & Leave Management: - Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and ensure accurate reporting. - Utilize attendance and HRMS systems effectively. - Employee Engagement & Relations: - Organize team-building activities, workshops, and events. - Address employee grievances professionally and foster a positive work environment. - Policy Development & Compliance: - Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company vision and labour laws. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, etc. - Performance Management: - Support performance review processes and coordinate appraisal cycles. - Assist department heads in setting KPIs and growth plans. - Training & Development: - Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions. - HR Administration: - Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and prepare HR reports. - Handle documentation for onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience: Minimum 6+ years in an HR Executive or similar HR generalist role. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software (preferred). - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Highly organized, proactive, and approachable personality.,
