Job Summary:

Club Oxygen is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations at our resort in Ooty. The ideal candidate will support the Executive Housekeeper in ensuring cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Train and motivate the housekeeping team to uphold resort standards.
• Monitor inventory and request housekeeping supplies as needed.
• Address guest complaints and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain proper records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and laundry operations.
• Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the Executive Housekeeper in reporting and planning.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Tamil or Hindi is an added advantage).
• Eye for detail, hygiene standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
