Assistant General Manager Sales & Operations

You are sought after to be the Assistant General Manager for Sales & Operations at Cocoon Fine Rugs. Your role involves leading and expanding the sales and operations team across India, managing both retail stores and project business. You should possess strong industry connections with HNI clients, top architects, interior designers, and luxury buyers. Your expertise in driving revenue growth, team management, and luxury market expansion is crucial for this role. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading and managing Pan-India sales & operations teams, covering both store and project sales - Developing business by fostering relationships with HNI clients, architects, designers, and luxury buyers - Creating and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth - Growing the client base through personal network and industry contacts - Supervising store operations and ensuring retail excellence at all locations - Collaborating with architects, designers, and project consultants for large luxury projects - Ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and brand standard alignment - Providing leadership, coaching, and performance management to sales and project teams - Working closely with senior management on business expansion strategies - Representing the brand at luxury exhibitions, trade shows, and events Qualifications required for this role: - 12-18 years of experience in Luxury Buildering Material/home dcor/interior design/luxury interiors/home furnishing - Strong Pan-India team management experience in stores and projects - Established network of HNI clients, architects, designers, and luxury buyers - Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage teams across multiple locations - Knowledge of luxury sales operations, retail excellence, and project business - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills - Willingness to travel extensively across India - MBA or equivalent degree in Sales/Marketing/Operations preferred Please note that this is a full-time position requiring in-person work.,
