Company : Company is specializes in the production of probiotics for the health benefits to humans, animals and aquatic creatures when consumed for Dairy, food & Feed industries.

Designation : AGM (Assistant General Manager)

Qualification : Master Degree in Biotechnology / Microbiology

Experience : 15+ Year

Reporting : Operation Director

Job Responsibility :

· Monitor and control all production related operations.

· Check, improve and monitor the compliance status with respect to cGMP norms

· Review production related standard operating procedures

· Ensure that all laid down procedures are followed as per GMP and SOP.

· Impart training to concerned employees and provide guidelines to all team members

· Monitor and improve the productivity in terms of man and machine utilization

· Maintain the quality of the product

· Ensure inventory management of consumables

· Review process related change controls

· Review market complaint related to production and give technical inputs, review production related OOS, Deviations, incidences and investigate the same

· Provide necessary inputs, monitor and support the validation activities

. Review filled batch records, plan and execute batches

· Maintain the facility in presentable and working condition.

· Verification, counter check and signature of all documents related to production.

. To provide solutions to marketing team in terms of their queries

Salary Range : Up to 15 lac PA

Transportation, Bonus, Leave Encashment etc.

Location : Chhatral, Kalol, Gandhinagar
