Hyderabad Telangana India About The Role As a CBRE Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing business and negotiating the selling, leasing, and marketing of large commercial real estate properties for clients This job is part of the Brokerage job function They are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of Industrial, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation Essential Duties And Responsibilities Implements real estate space plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals Concurrently acts as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent and effectively negotiates the business terms and conditions for a wide variety of 3 Develop & execute Business development plans for Mumbai region Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-up , accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase Drafts and creates a variety of analyses and relevant documents, including but not limited to: project initiation, market comparable reports, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, and broker's opinions of value , marketing materials such as information memorandums, market analysis etc- Leads negotiation for Lease , sale & purchase deals Understands how to review, analyze, a, NPV (net present value), and/or IRR (internal rate of return) financial analyses to enable clients to make more informed decisions Engage /c ollaborate effectively with CBRE Mumbai & National Industrial & logistics team, cross functional teams Closely tracks all Industrial & Logistics Services transaction activity (commissionable and non-commissionable) Monitors and maintains a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion Adheres to all state real estate agency requirements Resolves landlord and tenant disputes Other duties may be assigned Requirements Should have an experience of minimum 7-10 years in real estate broking of Industrial & logistics space Excellent written and verbal communication skills Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc- Service line: Advisory Segment Show more Show less
