Job Description An Assistant General Manager (AGM) in sales, particularly one with Salesforce experience, likely focuses on leading a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring the team effectively utilizes Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships. They will also be responsible for training and coaching team members on Salesforce best practices and reporting on sales performance. Sales Strategy Development: Contributing to the creation and implementation of sales strategies, potentially focusing on specific products or territories. Salesforce Expertise: Utilizing Salesforce to manage leads, track sales progress, and generate reports, potentially including training the sales team on new features and best practices.
