Assistant General Manager

Seeking an experienced AGM Operations to support the Operations Head in managing and driving the overall operational excellence of our luxury jewellery brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & P&L Focus
• Support the Operations Head in overseeing end-to-end operations across all functions.
• Ensure financial discipline, profitability, and cost optimization in line with business goals.
• Monitor and manage P&L performance while identifying areas for improvement.
• Organizational Efficiency & Quality
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of operations.
• Drive initiatives for excellence in service delivery and operational standards.
• Ensure alignment of day-to-day operations with the brands luxury positioning.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, finance, HR, retail, and design teams to support smooth functioning.
• Assist in planning and executing strategic projects that drive growth and customer engagement.
• People, Culture & Leadership
• Contribute to building a positive, collaborative, and ethical work culture.
• Support training, engagement, and leadership initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction.
• Act as a role model for principles, ethics, and service-mindedness.
• Customer Experience
• Ensure customer-first approach across all touchpoints.
• Support the design and delivery of a world-class luxury customer experience.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations, general management, or business leadership roles.
• Strong background in operations, finance, or P&L management (luxury retail, hospitality, jewellery, lifestyle, or consumer-focused industries preferred).
• Excellent understanding of organizational efficiencies and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on building culture and happiness quotient.
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to see both the big picture and finer details.
• Strong ethical grounding with a commitment to principles and customer-first service.
