Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement menus, recipes, and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to maintain excellent culinary standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients and materials.
Maintain inventory levels, control waste, and optimize resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of menu planning, recipe development, and cost control measures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
