Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Consultant located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Consultant will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting guests during their stay, and resolving any concerns promptly. Daily responsibilities include providing accurate information about the resort, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive guest experience. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enjoyment for all visitors.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with a diverse range of clients

Proven experience in customer satisfaction, customer support, and maintaining a high standard of service quality

Ability to enhance customer experience by providing personalized and attentive service

Knowledge of customer service best practices and strategies for resolving guest concerns seamlessly

Ability to multi-task, work flexible hours, and operate efficiently in a dynamic environment

Relevant experience in hospitality or eco-tourism is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
