Are you a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) looking to take full ownership of a company’s financial health and compliance framework?

We’re looking for a Finance Manager with strong expertise in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Direct & Indirect Taxation, and Audit & Regulatory Compliance.

This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role that drives financial integrity and compliance excellence.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

📊 Accounting & Financial Reporting

🔹Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures

🔹Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

🔹Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and accounting controls

🔹Oversee AP, AR, and payroll accounting

💼 Direct Taxation (Income Tax)

🔹Handle ITR filing, TDS compliance (24Q, 26Q), and advance tax calculations

🔹Coordinate tax assessments, appeals, and scrutiny cases

🔹Stay updated with changes in the Income Tax Act

💰 Indirect Taxation (GST)

🔹Ensure accurate GST computation and return filing (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, etc.)

🔹Manage ITC reconciliations and GST audit readiness

🔹Ensure compliance with e-Invoicing and e-Way Bill mandates

🔍 Audit & Compliance

🔹Liaise with statutory, tax, and internal auditors

🔹Oversee timely completion of statutory and tax audits (Form 3CD)

🔹Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, including ROC filings and board resolutions

✅ What We’re Looking For

🔹Qualified CA with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience

🔹Strong command over Indian GAAP, taxation, and regulatory frameworks

🔹Experience in managing audits and financial reporting independently

🔹Proficient in tools like Tally, Excel, and accounting software

🔹Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset
