We are hiring an Assistant Facility cum Property Manager to manage day-to-day facility operations and handle 2–3 company properties.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee property upkeep, safety, and cleanliness
Conduct routine inspections
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendors
Manage AMC services and property documents
Handle tenant/occupant queries (if applicable)
Maintain reports, expenses, and facility records
Requirements
Graduate (facility/property management preferred)
2–5 years of relevant experience
Strong coordination & communication skills
Ability to manage multiple properties
Knowledge of vendors, AMC, and basic technical maintenance
