Job Description

You will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: - Understand JLL IFM Service contract and effectively manage the site by actively identifying and resolving snags. - Manage vendor relationships to ensure operational stability, compliance, timely execution of work, cost efficiency, and KPI meetings. - Handle operational issues in real-time, seek assistance, guidance, and approvals as needed. - Coordinate with landlords for issue resolution and invoice processing. - Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures and crisis management. - Forecast and manage budgets with minimal variance. - Interact with Intel SPOC for walkthroughs and requests. - Advise the Site Manager on cost-saving ideas and implementation. - Track and control inventory, expenses, and invoices. - Ensure compliance with FM function policies and procedures. - Plan and organize events for JLL and clients. - Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements of JLL management and clients. - Provide general administrative support as needed. - Conduct KPI meetings with suppliers. - Have regular meetings with Admins to understand daily requirements. - Perform any other duties assigned by the direct Manager/Client. - Manage contracts for both JLL and clients. LEADERSHIP: - Manage stakeholders including PMOs, Admins, and BU. - Lead and manage the HK team and mail room. - Collaborate with JLL SME team to implement strategies and policies to increase employee satisfaction and reduce risks. - Set team targets, monitor performance, and mentor subordinates on standards and practices. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in facilities management. - Proven experience in continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting. - Familiarity with occupational safety requirements. - Strong computer literacy and ability to manage activities using different systems.,
