Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper located in Kerala, India. The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for managing daily housekeeping operations, supervising and training housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. Additional tasks include managing laundry services, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training and Supervising staff
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Previous experience of housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of hospitality management and sustainable tourism practices is a plus
