ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA


To be able to make professional, corporate PowerPoint presentations, drafting word docs and making error-free excel sheets for duty charts/analysis etc Technical Proficiency To be a proactive internet user to review online attendance reports of team on university portal or deliver online sessions as & when required To send professional and coherent emails and proactively check important emails and take necessary action timely To drive the initiatives with compassion so that others could take inspiration for their tasks To take action against any non-adherence to University/Departmental rules and regulations and issue the advisory/explanation/warning e-mail based on the gravity of the situation/issue without any bias To be courageous enough to mark NR-LWP (double deduction of Salary) of your team member in case of non-adherence to University/Departmental Polices Leadership Skills To delegate the tasks ahead on the basis of unbiased decisions To showcase creativity and innovation while taking new initiatives To receive feedback from your reporting managers and provide feedback to your team members from time to time To be emotionally strong as a lot of students write unnecessary emotional emails to get their names deleted from Debar Lists but the University follows a strict policy in CU and as per which students cannot be removed from debar list if they don't have valid proofs and that too they have to present their cases to AM within a week only Emotional Quotient To be proactive in checking urgent emails and taking necessary actions even before/after working hours. Example 1: Morning Leave emails At times, trainer emails at 8 am that he will not be able to come today to campus and he/she is not able to adjust lectures as well. In this case, AM has to adjust the lectures as the morning 9:30 am lecture can't go unattended as per CU E-Gov policy and some Trainer has to be there. Proactiveness Example 2: University LMS Maintenance Emails Many a times, the team that handles the Universitys Learning Management System, might send an email in the morning by 7 am that it is not working tidy for 2 hours and time table has to be changed. Such emails have to be forwarded to trainers before 9:30 am only To express the team agenda clearly and to ensure its execution as required Communication Skills To make sure that the required information flows in the best possible way for the complete execution of the tasks Analytical Skills, Subject Knowledge Feeding Forward Interpersonal Skills, Communications Skills Team Building, Leadership Skills 3
