Example 1: Morning Leave emails   At times, trainer emails at 8 am that he will not be able to come today to campus and   he/she is not able to adjust lectures as well. In   this case, AM has to adjust the lectures as the morning 9:30 am lecture can't go unattended   as per CU E-Gov policy and some Trainer has to be there.   Proactiveness   Example 2: University LMS Maintenance Emails   Many a times, the team that handles the Universitys Learning Management System, might   send an email in the morning by 7 am that it is not working tidy for 2 hours and time table   has to be changed.
