EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is an inhouse agency that helps EY teams build a better working world by delivering high-impact, high-quality and onbrand creative solutions. People in the CoE help create experiences that are not just creatively inspiring, but also strategically precise and deeply human across multiple media platforms. As a Senior Copy Writer, you will have a unique blend of creative vision and strategic thinking, to lead our team and will act as a strong creative strategist and a creative leader. You will own the creative conceptualization, copy writing and presenting to the clients, across multiple formats - ensuring that all creatives are on-brand, user-centric and aesthetically proficient. With a passion for problem-solving and creative strategy, you will lead creative brainstorms with stakeholders and other teams to produce best-in-class creatives that intrinsically align with the EY brand and business objectives. With your impeccable creativity, you are a versatile and reliable leader who can elevate any creative conceptualization, storyboard or creative direction for projects across multiple channels.  Your key responsibilities  
  • Deliver great creative ideas that shape audience perception, engagement, and participation.
  • Coach and train the wider team.
  • Provide creative leadership to the team to deliver great creative campaigns.
  • Produce strategically sound conceptual work.
  • Adhere to EY brand guidelines, meet, and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, budget, and efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with current and future designs, web standards, concepts and industry trends and advocate the same to team members and customers.
  • Provide creative direction to support the team, coordinate with team members and others to resolve issues, as necessary.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to employ pop culture trends, creativity, executional approaches
  • Lead project discussions with customers with a customer-centric mindset
  • Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly
  • Be a part and contribute towards various organizational initiatives.

  •  To qualify for the role, you must have 
    At least 12 years of overall experience in a fast-paced global environment, with a minimum of 8 years in advertising agencies Have experience leading teams in creative agencies or in-house brand teams, championing high-visibility campaigns for top global brands (preferably B2B)
