Assistant Director of Sales

As an Assistant Director Sales at Neworld Developers, you will play a crucial role in leading sales activities in the Goa and Delhi NCR regions. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies tailored to the Goa and Delhi NCR markets, utilizing your network of CPs and consultants to generate quality leads, managing the end-to-end sales process, collaborating with marketing for regional campaigns, and providing valuable market intelligence. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring internal sales teams and CPs, representing the company at various events, maintaining accurate CRM data, and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and partners.
