Job Summary:

Assistant Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales executives and managers.
• Drive business development and client acquisition across IT services and solutions.
• Identify new market opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Support key account management and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, delivery, and leadership.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and optimize sales processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in

  IT sales

  (B2B/enterprise software/services).
• At least 3–5 years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and data-driven sales methodologies.
