About the Role:

We are looking for a focused and organised Assistant Director who can support the Director and manage the flow of the entire shoot. You will help plan scenes, coordinate with all teams, maintain discipline on set, and make sure the production runs smoothly from start to finish.

This role needs someone who can think fast, communicate clearly, and stay calm even when things get hectic.

What You Will Do:

• Work closely with the Director and understand the vision of the project

• Prepare shot lists, call sheets, schedules, and scene breakdowns

• Manage communication between camera, production, art, and talent teams

• Handle continuity notes, scene tracking, and shoot progress

• Make sure all scenes are shot as per schedule

• Ensure the set runs smoothly and on time

• Manage rehearsals and guide actors or extras when needed

• Solve on-set problems quickly and support the Director in decision making

• Monitor safety, discipline, and workflow on shoot locations

• Support in pre-production planning and post-production coordination

What We Need:

• Experience working on film sets, TVC shoots, AD shoots, or similar projects

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Good understanding of how shoots work

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• Organised, detail-oriented, and good with time management

• Flexible with working hours and willing to travel for shoots

• Team-first attitude and problem-solving mindset

Good to Have:

• Film school pass-out (preferred but not required)

• Experience in script breakdown or scheduling tools

• Prior work with agencies or production houses
