Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Director located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Director will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing film production activities. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the director to manage creative and technical workflows, overseeing production schedules, communicating with the cast and crew, ensuring compliance with deadlines, and solving on-set challenges. The role requires a proactive individual capable of maintaining high efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage schedules and coordinate teams effectively
• Knowledge of film production processes, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working closely with directors, producers, and other team members
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure and in dynamic environments
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and the stamina to handle extended on-site working hours
• Relevant experience in the film or media production industry is a strong advantage
• A Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred
