Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Lead and supervise all aspects of social media strategy execution, including planning, content creation, posting schedules, and campaign management.
  2. Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, innovations, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain effective and relevant.
  3. Provide strategic guidance and creative input for social and digital pitches, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
  4. Monitor and optimize social media copies, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging across platforms.
  5. Develop comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each client, focusing on enhancing brand image, fostering customer engagement, and driving conversions.
  6. Continuously track and analyze key performance metrics of social media campaigns to maximize results and deliver regular progress reports to management.
  7. Prepare detailed reports on client progress, highlighting the effectiveness of our strategies and distinguishing our accounts from competitors.
  8. Develop and implement advanced client communication strategies throughout the engagement lifecycle, from initial pitches to ongoing account management.
  9. Innovate unique strategies to acquire new clients and enhance existing client relationships, demonstrating our commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  10. Provide strategic recommendations and oversee the implementation of digital projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.
  11. Manage project tasks efficiently, keeping our CRM system up to date and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
  12. Play a pivotal role in preparing compelling pitches and reports for the sales team, leveraging our expertise to showcase our capabilities and differentiate ourselves in the market.
  13. Develop comprehensive forecasting reports for prospective clients, demonstrating our understanding of their needs and our ability to deliver results.
  14. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and pursue prospective clients, contributing valuable insights and strategies to support our sales efforts and drive business growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies across various platforms, driving measurable results for clients.
  2. Experience in team management and coordination, with a focus on achieving campaign objectives and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  5. Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and best practices.
  6. Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to develop innovative and impactful social media campaigns.
  7. Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools for efficient task management and communication across teams.
  8. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. A Masters degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing or social media management are preferred but not mandatory.
  9. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and technical teams, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
  10. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  11. Strong client focus with a deep understanding of client needs and business objectives, coupled with the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive measurable business results.

  14. Proven ability to manage and supervise talented creatives, including freelancers, to achieve social media campaign objectives and deliver high-quality work.
  15. Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in communications, social media management, or digital marketing.
