Role Overview As the AD Business Strategy & M&A at GUS Global Services, you will play a crucial role in the CEOs office by spearheading strategic initiatives, aiding in decision-making processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of impactful projects. Your responsibilities will involve evaluating and executing business strategies, partnerships, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to drive innovation and foster growth within the higher education sector. Key Responsibilities - Lead strategic projects and initiatives throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they are in line with the company's objectives. - Evaluate potential partnerships, investments, and M&A opportunities through comprehensive market scans, financial assessments, and due diligence processes. - Conduct thorough analyses of markets, industries, and competitors to identify avenues for growth. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to guarantee the timely execution of strategic priorities. - Monitor and report on the progress of key initiatives, highlighting any risks, challenges, and proposed mitigation plans. - Develop high-quality presentations, business cases, and strategy documents for both internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience - Hold an MBA or an equivalent postgraduate degree from a reputable institution. - Possess relevant experience in areas such as business strategy, corporate strategy, management consulting, or roles related to investment/M&A. - Demonstrate a proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives. - Exhibit strong financial acumen, with a preference for exposure to valuation, deal structuring, or due diligence processes. - Showcase excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Previous experience in the education, services, or digital sectors would be advantageous.,
