Position: CAC - QMS (Investigator Role)

Location: Based at Moraiya

Key role:

Direct involvement in Deviation and Process Investigation

Key knowledge about investigation process

To discuss the gaps identified during review with site SME / QA Head / CQ Lead for resolution

Review of site compliance report as applicable and follow ups for adequate closure through appropriate supporting documents and addendum reports from site

Trending & evaluation of observations for management notification

Identify specific area of improvement based on emerging trend and provide / organize training to the site as and when required

Additional role:

Handling of Change Control, Process Validation, Qualification, APQR, Trend Report.

Data collection, trend QMS data and to establish emerging trends

Preparation of department SOP & Corporate policies/SOPs, as and when required.

To assist in regulatory or external inspections for site readiness.

Relevant Skill and Experience:

Qualification: M.Sc / B. Pharm / M. Pharm

Experience: min 7 to 10 Years

Minimum 2 – 3 year experience in organization operating in regulatory market, auditing and compliance in six quality systems.

Must be ready to travel on multiple sites as per audit requirements.

Familiar with interpretation of regulatory guidance e.g. Schedule M, USFDA, ICH, PICs, MHRA, WHO

Relevant experience in regulatory audits and conducting internal corporate audits at manufacturing facilities (Drug Products)

Good communication and proficient in English Language, specially writing (grammatical knowledge), Clear and concise speaking skills

Effective inter-personal and cross communication skills.
