Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely and effective

communication.

• Manage customer inquiries and service requests with professionalism and urgency.

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, transport, documentation, etc.) to ensure seamless

execution of shipments.

• Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.

• Handle documentation and compliance related to logistics and shipping activities.

• Prepare and analyze customer service reports to identify trends and improvement areas.

• Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Train and mentor junior customer service team members
