Job Description

Summary : We are seeking an experienced Assistant CRM Manager to join our CRM department. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in CRM and a proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage post-sale customer relationships and collections. Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, legal teams, and other relevant vendors. Focus on providing excellent client service, both pre- and post-sale, to ensure long-term customer retention. Understand the full customer lifecycle from initiation to possession. Ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for customers in areas like onboarding, registration, and payment follow-up, while delivering prompt and accurate service. Handle NRI customers and ensure their experience is seamless. Possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and communicate clearly with leadership. Meet monthly targets for assigned projects. Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field- 6+ years of experience in CRM, - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and leadership abilities- Proficiency in CRM software and tools- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
