Job Description

Estimation & Costing Manager We are seeking an experienced Estimation & Costing Manager (Civil) to be part of our Project Management team. Your responsibilities: Preparation/review of Project BOQ & Costing for the Projects. Standard Quantity estimation for the projects. Rate Analysis and Rate finalization for the works Work Contract document preparation with terms and conditions Billing & Reconciliation for the projects work Project Procurement items verification & approval with reference to BOQ/Budget. Control and tracking of project cost with approved budget from the management. Project Executed Quantity & Cost Variance with approved Zero Cost/Budget report. Team handling & management. Skill sets/Experience we require: Candidate should have a minimum of 5-10 years of quantity surveying, billing & planning experience in civil contracting (construction company) or consultancy organizations. Should have a thorough theoretical and practical/field knowledge of civil construction activities like RCC work, road and infrastructure work, building work, structural steel work, architectural and finishing items, plumbing and sanitary items, aluminum section work, etc. Pedigree: Bachelor's degree in Civil.
