- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
- Identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and efficiency
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities
- Provide training and support to production staff on quality control processes
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in quality control
- Must be skilled in documentation & preparing reports.
- Responsibility spectrum holds for both materials & works at the deputed project.
- Sharing of Consolidated Quality reports, raising NCR & following for the closures.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 4-8 years of experience in quality control or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality control software
- Certification in quality control is a plus
