Assistant Creative Director - Copy

Key Responsibilities

• Lead copy development across digital, film, social, and integrated campaigns.
• Partner with art teams to build strong, insight-driven concepts.
• Guide writers, review their work, and ensure high creative standards.
• Interpret briefs, translate strategy into compelling narratives, and present ideas confidently.
• Collaborate with strategy, account management, and design teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Maintain consistency of brand voice across all platforms.
• Contribute to pitches, new business ideas, and creative workshops.
• Stay updated with cultural trends, platform behavior, and industry best practices.
  

Requirements

• 4–7 years of copywriting experience in a digital or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual strength, long-form + short-form versatility, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, guide junior writers, and take ownership of creative quality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and narrative-building skills.
• Comfort working in a fast, collaborative, and idea-driven environment.
