Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant, based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting team members with project coordination, maintaining accurate documentation, and liaising with clients and vendors. The Assistant will be involved in scheduling, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring timely communication within and outside the team. Additional activities may include report preparation and providing support for sourcing-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and office management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams, clients, and vendors
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and maintaining records
• Ability to handle sourcing-related support tasks and collaborate with supply chain operations
• Attention to detail and time management abilities to meet deadlines
• Prior experience in sourcing, textile industry, or a similar field is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
