Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Chief Engineer at The Den, Bengaluru. The Assistant Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the engineering department, including maintenance and repair of the hotel’s facilities. Tasks include managing engineering staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and working closely with other departments to address maintenance needs. The role also involves planning and executing preventive maintenance programs and ensuring efficient energy use and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Experience in facility management and preventive maintenance programs
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
