Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain, mechanical/industrial engineering, or a related field
2. Possess an MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred)3. Have 3-5 year of hands-on experience in Purchase , Sales ,operations, logistics, or supply chain roles in manufacturing, recycling, or field-oriented domains4. Be ambitious and result-driven5. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability6. Exhibit excellent communication and people management skills7. Work well under pressure and adapt quickly to on-ground challenges8. Be willing to travel and manage real-time team and logistics operations on-ground
