About the job Key responsibilities: Manage Entire Buying Process of catalytic converter scrap from ELV Recycler, OEMS, RVSF and Informal Market Ensuring All Buying by himself and field officers are done by compliant method following all SOPs. Conduct daily field visits to car scrapping centers, dismantlers, mechanic shops, local collectors, and service centers. dentify, inspect, and evaluate catalytic converters available for purchase. Verify quality, serial/model codes, and assess pricing with commercial viability. Share detailed reports with the Managment Oversee all Supply chain, purchase , transportation documentation, legal compliance, and regulatory standard. Requirements: 1. Hold a bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain, mechanical/industrial engineering, or a related field 2. Possess an MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred) 3. Have 3-5 year of hands-on experience in Purchase , Sales ,operations, logistics, or supply chain roles in manufacturing, recycling, or field-oriented domains 4. Be ambitious and result-driven 5. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability 6. Exhibit excellent communication and people management skills 7. Work well under pressure and adapt quickly to on-ground challenges 8. Be willing to travel and manage real-time team and logistics operations on-ground
