We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Branch Manager for our Perinthalmanna (Malappuram) branch. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in academic counseling, excellent leadership qualities, and the ability to drive the branch's operational and business performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth functioning
• Lead and manage a team of counselors and support staff
• Set and achieve sales and admission targets in coordination with the management
• Handle walk-in inquiries, provide expert counseling on courses and admission processes
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Monitor and report performance metrics to the management
• Support in training and mentoring of new team members
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and processes

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Academic Counselor (Senior role)
• Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferred: Education, Management, or related field)
• Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory

Preferred Profile:

• Candidates from Perinthalmanna or nearby areas will be given preference
• Experience in managing or assisting in branch operations will be an added advantage
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools and reporting systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
