Job Description :
1. Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day showroom operations.
2. Manage and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales targets.
3. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries effectively.
4. Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness, display standards, and stock arrangement.
5. Support in inventory management and stock audits.
6. Monitor daily sales reports and coordinate with the accounts team.
7. Assist in planning and executing promotional activities.
8. Handle billing, cash management, and petty cash as assigned.
9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
10. Ensure smooth coordination between sales, delivery, and back-end operations.
