Experience: 5 to 7 Years in the Gold Industry and Non-Banking Financial Companies

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Qualification: Minimum Graduate (MBA preferred – Marketing/Finance)

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven OLD GOLD Sales experience
• Basic knowledge of Gold & Precious Metals Market in India
• Understanding of the local gold market dynamics
• Strong negotiation skills with customers
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use internal software
• People management & leadership qualities
• Administrative and analytical skills
• Performance and target-driven mindset

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and train branch team members; foster a culture of knowledge sharing and performance
• Drive branch sales targets while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain customer relationships; identify market trends for cross-selling & up-selling
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer retention
• Adhere to operational policies and compliance regulations; identify and prevent fraud risks
• Ensure accuracy in gold appraisal with minimal melting loss
• Execute local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and conversions
• Maintain statutory records, accounts, and liaise with authorities for compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,139.53 - ₹32,601.83 per month
