Role & responsibilities : · As ABM-Coll candidate has to manage a group of Field Executives/Agents Team on a day-to-day basis. · Team Management is a must. · Ability to recruit agents for collection purposes on a commission basis. · Visiting the field on day to day basis for inspection of Executives. · Verifying the collection amount of each Executive by day end. · Vising field for Marketing activities to generate new leads for Business Loans and Saving A/C's. · Interacting with the leads to close the deals. Preferred candidate profile · Proven work experience in the field of Loans & Collections. · Min qualification should be Degree & Above. · Ability to recruit the Agency Channel for collections. · Team Management ability.
