Assistant / Associate Professor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Faculty member for the

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Design or Fine Arts (specialization in Foundation-level subjects is a must)
• Strong academic and/or professional background in the following subjects:
• Drawing & Sketching
• Fundamentals of Design
• Material Exploration
• Photography
• History of Design
• Color Fundamentals
• Proven ability to engage with diverse student groups and foster a strong learning environment
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and collaborative academic setting

Experience:

• Assistant Professor:

  2–5 years of teaching/professional experience

• Associate Professor:

  5–8 years of teaching/professional experience

• Professor:

  10+ years of teaching/professional experience with a strong academic or research background

Desirable Skills:

• Ability to integrate interdisciplinary approaches into foundation-level teaching
• Hands-on expertise with a variety of materials and creative media
• Proficiency in both traditional and digital tools for teaching design
• Strong mentoring and student engagement skills
• Interest in research and contribution to the academic growth of foundation studies
