Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for plaster products in the assigned area.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to increase business opportunities.
Identify new business prospects through market research and networking within the industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-8 years of experience in building material sales or related field (preferably from PMC background).
Strong understanding of construction chemicals, high rise buildings, residential projects, commercial projects, building construction processes.
