Assistant Accountant

Enorme Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing pharmaceutical and life sciences organization committed to innovation, quality, and excellence. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our finance team and support the smooth functioning of our accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.

Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly closings.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Assist in internal and external audits.

Coordinate with the finance manager and support budgeting & forecasting activities.

Handle petty cash management and daily expense records.

Requirements

MBA in finance

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Accountant/Assistant Accountant.

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / accounting software.

Good understanding of taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
