Assistant Accountant

Core Purpose of the Role

Accurately manage financial and stock-related data using Tally ERP and Excel. Support AgroDart’s backend operations with efficient reporting, coordination, and record maintenance.

About AgroDart Private Limited

AgroDart is a rapidly growing agri-trading company engaged in food grain procurement and distribution. With expanding operations in Bangalore and across India, we are building a strong backend team to enhance operational efficiency and data management.

Essential Functions

• Record daily accounting transactions and vouchers in Tally ERP
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets for procurement, billing, inventory, and vendor payments
• Assist in backend reporting, documentation, and file management
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality

Candidate Requirements

Experience:

• Must have the ability to read and understand Hindi.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience in Tally ERP and MS Excel (Mandatory)

Note: This role requires prior hands-on experience. Freshers, please do not apply.

Education:

• Graduate required; B.Com preferred

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to read and understand Hindi
• Clear verbal and written English communication
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data confidentiality
• Must be Bangalore-based or willing to commute to Whitefield

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skill level)
