𝙉𝙤𝙩𝙚: 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙮 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚.

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Team Manager / Accounts Manager to join our growing team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing both client relationships and internal teams effectively.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Preparation of Year-End Financial Accounts

Preparation of periodic Management Accounts

Knowledge and hands-on experience in Bookkeeping

Preparing and filing VAT returns and associated tax documentation

Handling Self-Assessment Tax Returns

Managing and mentoring accounting teams

Communicating directly with clients in a professional manner

CCH Practice Management (including Accounts Production)

Digita and/or IRIS Personal

IRIS Accounts Production

QuickBooks

SAGE Line 50

XERO

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Team leadership qualities and a problem-solving mindset

Ability to work efficiently within UK business hours

Commitment to deadlines and delivering quality work
