Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Cannanore. The role involves managing client accounts, assisting in achieving sales targets, maintaining communication with customers to address their queries, and ensuring superior customer service. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with the sales and service teams, preparing reports, and providing support for account-related tasks. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with clients and driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management
• Proven ability to manage accounts and meet sales targets
• Analytical skills and ability to prepare and analyze reports
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of the automobile industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
