Assistant Account Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance and discuss opportunities for growth.
• Account Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Develop and implement account strategies to meet client goals and company objectives.
• Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Sales and Upselling:
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for assigned accounts.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze account data to provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, trends, and key metrics.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
• Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
