Role & responsibilities Planning and organising production schedules, also meeting daily, weekly and monthly plans by effective utilization of resources Material & Manpower planning in advance to run all lines smoothly To allocate job for the prodction leaders and ensure the planned quantity is achieved on regular basis. Timely Work Order closing Daily SFG Review meeting with production & PPC team To conduct the daily production meeting to review the previous day's performance and follow up pending action if any Ensure all consumables stock are available on the shop floor, also take follow up for purchasing new consumables Reduce consumables consumption by optimising the production process, and validating consumptions as per requirement.
