Job Description

Responsibilities: Good knowledge of Panel Assembly with hands on experience Lead a team of 10 to 15 members and effectively train new members Organize and manage Assembly workflows and resources Be able to adapt and follow SOPs related to machine assembly Plan and implement assembly schedules effectively. Resolve issues and delays in production and ensure timely adherence to plan. Creating product documentation and records. Inspecting electrical components during and after the product installation. QC checks as per quality tolerance standards and prepare reports Prepare production reports for MIS Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations. Kaizens and improvements. Effective communication with suppliers Collaborate with other vendors engineers, contractors and suppliers. Work closely with receiving stores, inward inspection, QC & QA WIP & Inventory Control Conduct internal audits to assure compliance to organizational, departmental, regulatory & customer policies. Required Skills: Capable to read and assemble an electrical manual independently Hands on experience in installation of control panels (LV) Previous experience as a manufacturing/assembly engineer or similar role. Knowledge of fitting of lugs and wire tagging Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques. Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations. Well-versed in relevant software (e.g. CAD, MS Office). Project management skills. Problem-solving ability. Teamwork skills. Diploma / Degree in Engineering. Using industry-specific tools to analyse and test electronic part like PLC.
