As an experienced professional with over 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for assembly repair and testing of electronic devices, L4 soldering, harness assembly, mechanical and electrical assembly, as well as testing, repairing, and troubleshooting. You will be based in Noida and expected to work from the office. To be successful in this role, you should have an educational background in ITI or Diploma in a relevant field, along with basic computer knowledge. You will need to execute the assigned tasks/project scope within the required KPIs and demonstrate a good understanding of drafting symbols, relevant IEC Standards, and Codes. Proficiency in CAD software tools such as AutoCAD, EPlan, Solidworks is essential for this role. Additionally, you will conduct electrical assembly part selection based on provided specifications, plan your work, provide time estimations for assigned tasks/project scope, and have a basic knowledge of design life cycle management software such as Enovia or EPDM. Familiarity with Mechanical & Electrical industry codes/standards and strong experience with CAD tools will be beneficial. You should hold a B. Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of Design/Drafting experience. Desired qualifications include familiarity with industry codes/standards, strong experience with CAD tools, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. As an Assembly Technician Electrical, you will be responsible for the electrical assembly of automated assembly machines, robotic projects & advanced technology products. Your role will involve troubleshooting and solving issues arising during assembly, providing alternate solutions and improvements, and working closely with QA/Controls engineers for testing of sub-assemblies and machines. It will be your responsibility to troubleshoot the equipment to enhance reliability and reduce MTBF, ensuring that the machine or automation solution is trouble-free before shipment to the customer. Additionally, you will need to log and report any defects or reliability issues to your supervisor, maintain the workbenches and assembly area in an orderly manner, assist with receiving and shipment of equipment, and comply with all safety protocols such as wearing safety glasses, safety shoes, and gloves as required. Long travels to customer sites for installation and commissioning of machines will be part of your job, where you will take responsibility for resolving any issues that may arise. Moreover, you will be expected to maintain a log of the work done and submit it to your supervisor at the end of each workday, travel to customer sites for servicing of machines and AMC's which may be located anywhere within India or abroad. About The Role : Production Planning Formulate the week-wise and cell/line-wise plan for production aligned with the overall plant production plan to enable 100% delivery as per marketing requirement Estimate requirement of raw materials, machines/tools, consumables viz-a-viz the week-wise production plan.Prepare a budget for the same and send for approval Attend review meetings conducted by the Plant Production Head to provide an overview of the section operations, highlight deviations and help plan for corrective action Convene daily production review meetings with the Cell Incharge, Production Supervisors and Maintenance team to set daily production targets, inhouse rejection (IHR) targets viz-a-viz the overall plant plan and maintenance schedules Review the actual section production for the previous day. Compare against target to identify deviations. Analyze reasons for the deviation. Plan next steps to enable recovery of losses in the current day, as well as prevent re-occurrence of similar losses 2.
