Assembly Manager

As a Production Manager at our company based in Rajkot, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in optimizing employee production and material efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing department supervisors, leads, and employees, and addressing performance issues as necessary. - Providing daily direction, coaching, and leadership to crew supervisors to ensure department alignment with operational strategies and culture. - Reviewing and compiling monthly reporting activities as required. - Maintaining and promoting a safe work environment by ensuring employees follow safety protocols. - Auditing and approving hours in the timekeeping system. - Playing a key role in the implementation of new processes, equipment, and products. - Leading the advancement and implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives in the department.
