Assembly Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for optimizing employee production and material efficiency through continuous improvement. As a manager, you will manage department supervisors/leads/employees and address performance issues as necessary. Providing daily direction, coaching, and leadership to crew supervisors/leads to ensure department alignment with operational strategies and culture will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be reviewing and compiling monthly reporting activities as required and maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring employees follow safety protocols consistent with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will audit and approve hours in the timekeeping system and play a key role in the implementation of new processes, equipment, and products. Leading the advancement and implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives in the department will also be a key responsibility.
